Specimens are packaged with the required documentation and shipped to the appropriate qualified third-party laboratory designated for the requested service. We do not perform laboratory analysis, analyze specimens, diagnose medical conditions, interpret results, determine parentage, provide medical treatment, or guarantee testing outcomes. All analysis and reporting are performed by the receiving laboratory.

NXT Level Mobile Solutions partners with employers, attorneys, and approved organizations to provide scheduled, on-site specimen collection — eliminating the need to send employees or clients off-site to a clinic or collection facility.
Collections are scheduled in advance. You contact us, we confirm a date, time, and location, and our trained, certified collector travels to your workplace, job site, or any mutually agreed location to perform the collection. Eligible locations include employer facilities, job sites, attorney offices, and other approved locations within our service area.
We support DOT-compliant urine specimen collections for regulated workforces, non-DOT urine specimen collections for general employee populations, and legal chain-of-custody DNA collections for attorneys and approved organizations. All specimens are collected, documented, secured, packaged, and shipped to the appropriate qualified third-party laboratory designated for the requested service — we do not perform analysis or report results.
