NXT Level Mobile Solutions is a professional mobile specimen collection service with trained and certified collectors, based in Enid, Oklahoma — not a laboratory, medical clinic, or diagnostic provider. We were founded on a simple belief: that everyone deserves access to professional, accurate specimen collection without the barriers of inconvenient clinic locations, long wait times, or impersonal service.
We provide four services: DOT urine specimen collections, non-DOT urine specimen collections, legal chain-of-custody DNA specimen collections, and non-legal DNA specimen collections. We serve employers, individuals, attorneys, and approved organizations throughout northwest and north-central Oklahoma.
We are a specimen collection service only — not a laboratory, medical clinic, or diagnostic provider. Our trained and certified collectors travel to your location, collect specimens, complete all required documentation, secure and package specimens, and ship them to the appropriate qualified third-party laboratory designated for the requested service. We do not perform laboratory analysis, analyze specimens, diagnose medical conditions, interpret results, determine parentage, provide medical treatment, or guarantee testing outcomes. All analysis and reporting are performed exclusively by the receiving laboratory.
