NXT Level Mobile Solutions performs the specimen collection only. Our trained, certified collector comes to your location, follows proper collection procedures, then collects, documents, secures, packages, and ships the specimen to the appropriate qualified third-party laboratory designated for the requested service. The laboratory performs all specimen analysis. We do not analyze specimens, interpret results, or guarantee testing outcomes.
What is the difference between DOT and Non-DOT collection?
DOT collection is federally mandated for safety-sensitive transportation employees and follows strict federal procedures under 49 CFR Part 40. Non-DOT collection is for employers and individuals not covered by federal transportation regulations. The collection process is similar but is not bound by federal DOT rules. DNA collections — whether for paternity, relationship analysis, or other purposes — are entirely separate from DOT regulations and are never DOT-regulated.
What substances are included in the 5-panel screen?
The standard 5-panel screen covers marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, and PCP. The qualified third-party laboratory performs this analysis — not NXT Level. Contact us if you have specific screening requirements.
